I want to know what you want!!  So all you who read this blog, but don't make any comments--STOP just reading!  I need some feedback! 

I'm doing a survey and its really easy! 

Tell me what you want from a Realtor! 

Tell me about your pet peeves 

Tell me how your last Realtor disappointed you.

Now on the flip-side--tell me how to fix what Realtors are doing wrong.  If you are a Realtor, tell me what drives you crazy.  (I hate typos in ads!)

Most of us would agree that we want great customer service, but how do you want it provided?  If you are in a position to give customer service how do you go about doing it? 

What are you looking for?  The following are some examples:

1.    Great communication skills (ie. by phone or email or in person)

2.    Gets back to me within 24 hours or less!

3.    Listens!

4.    Takes time for you!

5.    ETC.  You rank what YOU think is most important!
